Who we are
RenewalWatcher is a subscription and free-trial reminder app. Contact: hello@renewalwatcher.com.
What we collect
For the beta website, we collect email addresses submitted through the beta signup form. For the app, we expect to collect account details and subscription reminder information that users choose to add.
What we do not collect in the MVP
The MVP is designed without bank connection, open banking or full inbox access. Users manually add the subscriptions and trial dates they want to track.
How we use data
We use data to operate the beta list, provide app access, send reminders, respond to support requests and improve the product.
Retention
We keep beta signup data until the beta ends or until a user asks us to delete it. App data should be deleted when a user deletes their account.
User rights
Users can request access, correction, export or deletion of their personal data by emailing hello@renewalwatcher.com.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. This page must be reviewed and expanded before the app stores live user data.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes should be communicated clearly.
