Delete account

In the app

Open RenewalWatcher, go to Settings and choose “Delete account permanently”. This removes your account and subscription data.

By email

You can also request deletion by emailing hello@renewalwatcher.com. If you signed up for updates on the website and want your email removed, use the subject line “Delete my signup”.

Data deleted

Account deletion should remove account details, subscription records, reminder data and other personal data linked to the account, unless retention is legally required.
